Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implementing sales plans.
  • Organise marketing activities and events for the branch.
  • Deal with complaints from customers and resolve customer problems as needed.
  • Identify current and prospective sales and expansion opportunities especially on projects, sub-contractors, main contractors, architects and consultant and new customers’ base.
  • Manage and monitor branch sales target to ensure it is achieved.
  • Supervising overall branch operations and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
  • Organise and execute training programs for branch personnel.
  • Forecasts and report business plans for the branch on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to Management.
  • Manage overall branch budget within company’s expectation.
  • Require attending company’s meetings and functions in Head Office from time to time
  • Require performing any other duties assigned by Management from time to time as deem necessary.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • With at least 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Knowledge of hardware and building materials will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
