Responsibilities:
- Supply administrative support to Account Executive by performing clerical tasks as filing, record, etc.
- To handle daily data entry of account.
- Prepare payment voucher, official receipts, invoice and any documents related to the account to ensure that payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Maintenance of financial records, including bank reconciliation and general ledger.
- Preparation for timely closing of monthly account.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Preparation for monthly inter-co billing related to accounts.
- Calculate Salesman Commission.
- Liaising with third-party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Assists with audits, fact-checking and resolving discrepancies.
- Assists with other ad-hoc duties related to finance and accounting, as applicable.
- Co-ordinate and co-operative in QMS/SOP maintenance and implementation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or its equivalent such as LCCI.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good accounting and organising skills
- Knowledge in AutoCount accounting system is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
